I. General Definitions
Terms — these Terms of Use

Service Provider — "ECTOSI Technology Piotr Sławek", with its registered address at Jasińskiego 9/58, 05-500 Piaseczno, Polish tax identification number (NIP) 6642124712,
Service Recipient — any natural person accessing the Website and using the services provided through it by the Service Provider.
Electronic Communication — communication between the parties by email and contact forms available on the Website.
II. General Provisions
These Terms set out the rules for operating and using the Website, and the scope of the rights and obligations of Service Recipients and the Service Provider in connection with use of the Website.
The Service Provider makes free tools available through the Website, enabling Service Recipients to access content in the form of posts, articles and audiovisual materials, or web applications and electronic forms
Any content, articles and information published on the Website that may have the character of guidance or advice constitute only a general collection of information and are not addressed to individual Service Recipients. The Service Provider is not responsible for their use by Service Recipients.

IV. Conditions of the Newsletter Service
Service Recipients may use the Website without subscribing to the Newsletter.
Subscribing to the Newsletter service is voluntary.

Publishing text, graphics, audiovisual materials, scripts, programs or other works for which the Service Recipient has no licence, or whose economic rights holder has not consented to free publication, is prohibited,
Publishing vulgar, pornographic or erotic content, content contrary to Polish and European law, or links to pages containing such content, is prohibited,
Publishing scripts or programs that place excessive load on the server, illegal software, software used to breach security or carry out similar actions, or links to pages containing such materials, is prohibited,
Publishing marketing content or advertising other commercial services, products, services or commercial websites on the Website is prohibited
VI. Collection of Data about Service Recipients
To provide the Website's services properly, protect the Service Provider's legal interests and ensure compliance with applicable law, the Service Provider collects and processes certain data about Users through the Website.
To provide services properly, the Website uses and stores certain anonymous information about Service Recipients in cookies.
The scope, purposes, methods and rules of data processing are set out in the appendices to these Terms: the GDPR Information Notice and the Privacy Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.

VII. Copyright
The Service Provider owns the Website and its copyright.

Under the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright, using, copying, reproducing in any form or storing in retrieval systems, except Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook and LinkedIn, any articles, descriptions, photographs or other content, graphics, video or audio found on the Website is prohibited without the legal owner's written consent or consent given through Electronic Communication.
Under the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright, simple press information, understood as information alone without the author's commentary or assessment, is not protected. The author understands this to permit use of information from texts published on the Website, but not copying whole articles or parts of them unless otherwise indicated in the particular material made available on the Website.
VIII. Changes to the Terms
The Service Provider may unilaterally amend any provision of these Terms at any time without giving reasons.
Changes to the Terms take effect immediately upon publication.
Every Service Recipient who continues to use the Website after the Terms have changed is deemed to accept them in full.
IX. Final Provisions
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider is not responsible for content submitted and published on the Website by Service Recipients, including its truthfulness, accuracy, authenticity or legal defects.
The Service Provider will make every effort to provide the Website's services continuously. However, the Service Provider is not responsible for interruptions caused by force majeure, unauthorised interference by Service Recipients or third parties, or the activity of external automated programs.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change any information published on the Website at a time of its choosing, without prior notification to Service Recipients using the Website's services.
The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily disable all or part of the Website to improve it, add services or perform maintenance, without prior notification to Service Recipients.
The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently disable the Website without prior notification to Service Recipients.
The Service Provider reserves the right to assign all or part of its rights and obligations relating to the Website without Service Recipients' consent or any opportunity for them to object.
